Ascend Elements’ Employee Engagement Committee strives to foster a positive, safe, engaging, innovative, environmentally conscious, and inclusive culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and connected. Our committee is made up of 32 employees across all locations. The EEC committee plans and supports quarterly initiatives, events, and giving back to the communities where we work and live.
